We're taking on a small number of founding clients to prove the work on real businesses. Here's the offer, in plain English. No small print, no catch.

What happens in the first 30 days

• We find your biggest time drain (the task costing you the most hours or lost revenue) and automate it first.
• Your first automation goes live, connected to your own tools and accounts. We run the automation itself on our infrastructure and export it to you at any time.
• We monitor it, fix anything that breaks, and improve it as real data flows through.
• You get a client portal showing what's running, and once your first automation has a month of real data behind it, what it has given back. It is built and sign-in-gated, and no client has been on it yet — you would be the first.
• You pay nothing for these 30 days. If it isn't earning its keep, you walk away owing us nothing.

After the pilot, if you stay

• Locked as a founding client. Covers build, monitoring, maintenance, and ongoing improvement.
• No setup fee, ever.
• Support within 2 business days, Monday to Friday.
• Room to grow into Growth or Scale later, always at founding-client rates.

What we ask of you

• A 30-minute kickoff call and honest answers about where the time goes.
• Access to connect one or two of your tools: we can do it together on the kickoff call.
• Feedback along the way, and three things in return for the waived setup fee: a testimonial, permission to publish your results as a case study (named or anonymised, by agreement), and a feedback call at day 90.
